Season 7 Audition Dates and Cities

Hip hop international gave out the ABDC season 7 audition dates.
Chicago,IL: January 13,2012
Houston, TX: January 15,2012
New York City, NY: January 21&22, 2012
Los Angeles, CA: January 28&29, 2012
January 22 in NY and January 29 in LA will be for callbacks.
Season 7 will be another season of the superstars. Like last season they are hoping to have creative, inventive, original crews to tackle each and every challenge given by the week's superstar. The official ABDC casting website has been updated for the new season. ABDC CASTING

While on LMFAO tour Ryanimay of Quest Crew season 3 champions suffered a concussion while doing a flip on his head as he did on the first week on ABDC. Rhythm City has just launched a new website : RhythmCityEnt.com

Along with their website they bring us big news, they will have a big show named 'The takeover' In NY on December 23rd and thee production builds on their highly successful tour in China this summer. Asians are so lucky. Tickets will go on sale November 11 aka tomorrow.
Now fast forward to Abdc season 6's Phunk Phenomenon closed out World Of Dance Boston on November 9th.

These crews are helping out fellow dancer Richard 'Steelo' Vasquez, who suffered a brain aneurysm and needs some money to help restore basic living functions. All money goes to help out Steelo and support his son.

Now to season 5 crew news, Hazmat of Hype 5-0 and Shasha of Hype Juniors were on the Ellen show on November 7th. Man, I love Ellen.

ABDC Season 7 auditions!!!!!!!

As we all knew, season 7 was coming soon and they have now set a month for the auditions.
January 2012 is when the auditions will start.
They have not revealed dates, times, cities or anything yet!
In January 2011 was when Season 6 auditions started.
Will season 7 premiere in April 2012? Let's hope!
News has been going around that the judges will stay the same and.
Remember G.O.P Dance? From Season 3? Yeah! Those guys! Well, word is that G.O.P girls will be auditioning. Also representing Puerto Rico! MixTape Crew!
Don't fright ICONiacz! ICONic Girls auditioned for season 6. Will they audition for season 7? Most likely.
Now. MixTape Crew brings a lot of fluid movements and the best dancers are awesome at free styling and after watching a video of them free styling. I thought they were kinda boring to watch and definitely won't make the cut. If they do they will leave home super early and JC would bomb them.
G.O.P Girls are amazing. They were exactly what I was expecting. They remind me a lot of G.O.P dance and 787 Crew combined so I know they would become an instant favorite and will show that females can dominate they stage just as well as any other crews can. They bring many acrobatic movements and B-Boy floor moves and I think they can last as least farther than the 5th week.Lil Mama will love them and so would D-TRIX, but JC will be picky about their transitions.
ICONic Girls have a bit of an advantage because ICONic fans voted for IB and now IB fans will be voting for IG if they do make it to season 7. As I said before they auditioned for season 6 along with IB. Now as for their dance, they are good at tutting and posing but they seem more comfortable dancing to pop music and may have difficulty coming out of their pop comfort zone but hey, that's what ABDC is for right? But out of their whole performance I would say eh.

Well, if I hear any more news about crews performing I'll add to this post so. Keep checking it out.

ICONic Rebound?

So, rumor is going around that the season 6 runner ups ICONic Boyz will be on Season 7 'cause that the voting was hacked and it was set that so whenever you voted for ICONic Boyz you actually voted for I aM mE. Fair or not? So far it's considered a rumor. They have never brought back a crew. Should they give the Boyz another chance? Or let it slide?

D-Trix. Judge or Dancer?

Now everybody knows D-Trix from either winning ABDC with Quest Crew , being an all-star on SYTYCD season 7 or his YTF (Not YouTube Friends! It's Yesterday Today Forever!). Should Dom stick to dancing or should he dance and judge? A lot of people say he's a bad judge but honestly, he's been on the other side of the desk so he knows how it feels to have your dancing criticized and how much impact the judges words have on the next performance. Should he be a judge this season? Or not? Who would you have as judges? Please comment down Love notes, Hate notes, whatever you want.

Season one:
- Nine Crews with 12 auditioning
- Nine episodes total, one audition round + live finale with all nine crews
- Adults only

Season 2:
- 10 crews with 14 total auditioning
- 11 episodes total with an auditioning round, live finale with all 10 crews and top 2 showdown

Season 3:
- 9 crews total
- 8 episodes with a live finale feat. All nine crews
- Adults only

Season 4:
- 9 crews total
- 8 episodes with No auditioning round + live finale
- Adults only

Season 5:
- 9 crews total with 15 auditioning
- 12 episodes with 3 auditioning rounds , 7 standard episodes and a live finale + a reunion episode with all 5 champions
- Allowed more than 7 members and minors

Season 6:
- 10 crews total
- 10 episodes with a top 2 showdown though the season had no audition or live finale. The finale instead was the last two crews and the champion crews returning
- Also allowed more than 7 members in a crew and minors

Tell me what you want for the new season and please no bringing back crews. When crews are eliminated they're eliminates for good! I wish we could bring crews back too though :(
